I miss the time when I used to know, Just how it feels to be in over my head. When I would do anything for your love, When we could be anything we wanted. Ever just have one of those days where nothing goes the way it should? He was having one of those. First, he'd been late to class, then he'd spilled some of his lunch on himself, which wasn't bad, but when potions rolled around, he spilled some of that on him, and it ate through his pants, and some of his leg. He wasn't happy about that, but the nurse fixed it, sort of. Not the large hole in his slacks, but shit happened, he guessed. He had decidedly excused himself from class for the rest of the day, and he had lazed around his dorm for the rest of the day, but eventually Ravenclaw tower bored him, and he ventured out of the castle, into the courtyards.
He often asked what his mother's school days had been like, and he got weird answers. He always wondered if they had wandered these halls together, his parents. He didn't mention his father, it saddened his mother, and he didn't like that. But, to him as it stood, his father was a smiling face in a wedding photo, and the rest of his family as well really. His grandfather was a rugged looking man, and his grandmother a lovely younger woman. His Grandfather looked much older, and so did his mother with his father. Lupin men must have married later, or something. Though, it seemed Theodore had aged better then his namesake, Remus. He wasn't sure why, he never could bring himself to ask; he was sure there was much he didn't know.
As he walked, he thought. As he thought, he ended up sitting in some snow on a bench. He winced, and he made an unhappy expression as the water saturated his pants. This just wasn't his day. He stood, and blasted the bench free of snow, and sad back down. He grumbled, and he crossed his legs, turning himself to the side, letting his back fall against the cold stone. His position was rather awkward for a male, laying whilst his legs were crossed in what Americans would call, "Indian style". Seemed odd to him, but he'd heard others use the term, so he continued the fad.
He looked up to the sky, and he started to wish he'd worn a jacket, but he didn't wish it enough to get off the bench and go back inside. Instead, he let his mind wander, and he laid about, thinking to himself as he often did.

Ginny had decided that playing tricks was much more exciting then class. Over the years, she seemed to be more effected by the death of her close family, and it showed. Even though she was younger when it happened, it seemed now that she was older, she was becoming more rebellious now. Ginny had been walking the corridors earlier, sneaking up on younger students. Right when they started to turn around Ginny would blow this powder stuff into their faces. Naturally, they would stumble back in fright and begin coughing. Some screaming that it had got into their eyes. Ginny laughed, and walked off from them. Letting them fumble in misery. The powder was blinding powder. She had made it herself, it would temporarily blind the student for five minutes. If she wanted to, she could make it last longer, but five minutes was long enough for them to fall a few times and get to class. When they arrived near a professor the powder would have disappeared and the effects gone.
Ginny was careful with it though. Making sure the students' didn't see her before hand. She had been spotted several times for it, and had several detentions. That didn't bother her though. Detention meant more time to plot her next prank. Her legs had taken her toward the courtyard now though. It was beginning to get boring inside. It was a little drafty, so she had zipped up her jacket. Of course the jacket was very thick, but it would do. She smiled the whole way, and skipped out towards the courtyard.
A familiar figure, she approached. Pretending to be angry, she flicked him on the back of the head. "Hey loser!" Before she abruptly, plopped onto the bench next to him. Before he got serious, she nudged him. "I'm only joking, don't freak out!" Ginny looked up at the sky, and noticed how nice it looked. Her eyes glistened in the crescent moon. Then she turned her head to look back over at him. "So, Remus, how've you been?" Ginny's voice was even, and gentle as she spoke. Oh how much she enjoyed being who she was.

I miss the time when I used to know, Just how it feels to be in over my head. When I would do anything for your love, When we could be anything we wanted. Pranks could make time go by faster, that much he did know. He wasn't sure how much time he spent doing it, but the crowd he usually ran with, the girls he usually ran with, could be a pretty nutty crowd. He idnd't mean it in a bad way, he loved them all the same, but they could be rowdy at best, but loyal all the same. A spot of fun every once in a while never hurt anyone, after all.
He looked at the sky as he looked towards the sky, and he really didn't know what lead to moods like this. They weren't good, weren't bad. They just sort of were. He missed his mom, but he'd never say that outloud. "Mama's boy" was not a name he needed at his age, he was at that sensitive age, but it would also just sort of make him look weird, but he and his mother were very close, and it just was one of those things.
And, his thoughts were broken by a bump on the head. He squawked, holding his head. He looked down as someone spoke, and he snorted, lowering his head back to the bench, "Weasley." He acknowledged. "If I were going to freak out, I'd have blasted your lioness butt across this courtyard." He said with a smirk, "Fine, fine, what brings you out here? Shouldn't you be in class?" He chides with a joking tone.
